P.S. for #Vala users: For the custom emoji support I've ported Fractal's label_with_widgets, if anyone needs it, it's here https://github.com/GeopJr/Tuba/blob/main/src/Widgets/LabelWithWidgets.vala (I've marked all Tuba-specific hacks)

@GeopJr oh wow. You're awesome! Thanks for this update
@GeopJr thank you, it works great on my pinephone. we need more mobile (not adaptive) linux apps.
I noticed (as far as I could see) that there wasn't an issue open about saving your scroll position and having a *oldest to newest* reading flow, like how other apps do it. Is that something u would consider? I could open an issue
@gnuntoo Not sure if they are going to be added, but go ahead and open issues for them!
@GeopJr yay with my work merged in too :) will update as soon as i properly wake up
@GeopJr works fine updated based on @fabiscafe s PKGBUILD and changed the git tag to 0.3.0 instead of 0.2.0 instead
@bittin I was holding back because of https://github.com/GeopJr/Tuba/issues/261 :) but I'll use your PKGBUILD. Thanks for it!
@GeopJr @fabiscafe test test does it crash?
@GeopJr @fabiscafe nope it did not crash :)
Here have an updated 0.3.1 PKGBUILD: https://pastebin.pl/view/04df5db1

I must say that I just tested Tuba 0.3.1, and I notice that the performance is actually worse :(
I have FPS drops in all animations in the app, dropping from 71 FPS to 24 FPS.
Other than that, the additions are really welcome, but I don't understand what's going on that it runs so laggy :s
@nahuel Should be fixed as of v0.3.2
@GeopJr I just updated, and indeed, the performance is excellent now
as I saw in GitHub, it was because of using Cairo trying to fix another bug curious
@GeopJr much better on Ubuntu on my part, it doesn't have that delay on launch with the message showing Force Quit by the OS and loading is smooth. You guys are great.
