I'd like to share the sewing pattern I used for these dolls' bodies with you all. This is just my backup scan, I don't have instructions or nice image processing yet.

Tips if you make this pattern:

The pattern pieces do not have seam allowance built in. The edges of the pattern pieces are the seam lines. (Or in the case of the cutouts in the face, markers of eye and mouth locations.)

I put one of those cheap foam paintbrushes inside each doll to stiffen the neck, with the foam brush inside the head and the handle inside the body.

To make a basic shirt and pants, you can just trace slightly larger than the body pattern and use that as your pattern.

To make dolls with built in undershirt/pants like these have, cut apart the body pattern and cut the arms from a separate fabric from the underclothes.

If you use faux leather for shoes, you'll need to sew them by hand.
