The other day I started playing the game "The Order: 1886". I just wanted to try something new (to me lmao).

It's an interesting game. This game is so linear that I feel like I'm playing a walking sim, but with the added fact that I'm holding a gun and you shoot baddies.

I wonder how long I'll keep playing this game. It's Chapter 2 and I'm not too sure what's going on. :blobcatsweatflips:

@FalconMarkSix to be honest I enjoy linear shorter games like. Huge, long open worlds kinda overwhelm me. I prefer denser experiences.

I have not played the game yet. I hope it receives a PC release.

@nightowl I like a balance. Like you have to go here or do this, but you get to choose how it's done or how you get there. And then there are like 2 or 3 side quests until you get to the next area.

In this game it's like you must go in certain rooms in a certain order (no pun intended) in order to get to the goal. It's a lot of hand-holding. Not necessarily a bad thing, it just takes getting used to.
