The old Netscape homepage is still online. It has real-time, up to date news, but still uses HTML 4.01 and looks like it did 20 years ago. It's fantastic.

Hilariously though, I ran it through the W3C Markup Validator, and it's fancy HTML 4.01 has 25 errors and 20 warnings 🤣​

Actually, I think that means it really *is* like it was 20 years ago.
