Maybe if were treated as places of learning to learn and think critically instead of certifications for the job market and substitutes to employers investing in staff, students would be better equipped to question and challenge and less inclined to think something like is a reliable replacement for library-style research skills.

Honest - not rhetorical - question. I keep seeing people say this change should happen and I don't disagree. But how? If there is no realistic way to accomplish it, requesting it to occur is rather pointless.

@cra1g Same way as other change? Advocacy and the collective efforts of many people working to make a better world?
