If you see someone with two phones in public, do you assume they are...
@Samflir c) A person properly segregating work and personal stuff
I've *always* done this myself, feels good to be able to switch off "work" when I'm not on pager duty, not to mention I wouldn't install mandatory proprietary apps (every corp I ever worked for insisted on *some*) on my personal device. And doing personal stuff on a work phone? With their remote device management spyware? Yeah, no, gimme a dedicated work phone or fuck off.
@lpwaterhouse That is not an option in the poll, please pick one.
@Samflir "Have you stopped beating your spouse yet?" "Mu"
Since I would not assume either *at* *all* I will refrain from picking one ;-)
@lpwaterhouse My mum always says that if you have nothing helpful to say, say nothing.
@Samflir But if you *have* something important to say, say it. Sorry it doesn't fit what you'd have liked to hear.
@lpwaterhouse you don't need to announce your intent to not vote in an online poll
@Samflir I deed. But I *do* need to point out if I think the options presented are in bad faith, misleading, or obviously lacking. I understand that you do not like it, but, just like me, yiu needn't have pointed *that* out, yet you felt the need to respond anyway.
@lpwaterhouse I don't think the options are lacking, misleading or bad-faith.
@Samflir See, and I *strongly* disagree. That's how matters of opinion work. As a fellow #actuallyautistic person I *know* it is often difficult to grasp how someone *could* hold a different opinion than our own (In fact I have that sensation here), but, in my experience, usually the least conflict results from not trying to coerce the dissenter into silence, but from either completely ignoring or acknowledging, stating disagreement, and then living with having agreed to disagree.
@Samflir I do
(edit: for the same reason as the other person, to be clear)
@Samflir (3) ensuring there's a clear separation of work and personal communications...
