Win7 with full aero was a thing of beauty 
They binned it because they wanted an OS that could run on tablets and mobiles, with low power consumption.
Tbf Win 10 Mobile (I still have an HP Elite X3 phone with the last Enterprise build of it) was an OS of beauty

I honestly think XP was the prettiest theme. My Plasma desktop today looks like XP.
@Natasha_Jay I used to have a SatNav that also ran a cut down version of Windows. I have loadedC Cinnamon on a high spec ASU’s all in one PC because it used to to take an hour doing disk accesses before you could use it on Windows 10. Yet to get to grips with it. Otherwise 2 mini Windows 11 PCs and 2 iPads.

If booting Win 10 on an SSD? Sb 15-30 seconds depending on a few things. On an old physical drive, minutes maybe. Send it over!
