No. That's not it. What he found in his research is that the TOP executive leadership DIDN'T FEEL LIKE LEADERS if they didn't have people in offices around them. The corner office with the window didn't mean anything if they couldn't emerge to see lower level workers in their cubicles. @theropologist @jcriecke yeah always has been. The only reason companies waste money is for the mastabatory habits of their executives. Otherwise they'd discharge that extra real estate so fast
