As an observation from today's chain of events, I'm recommending for others to stick with your #hormone dose routine for the primary morning dose at the VERY least.
As I'm on oral 3mg #estradiol it's been easiest to split it up to a 2mg dose early in the day and a 1mg bedtime/evening dose. Taking my #hormones 3 hours late today has me feeling super awake at 0300 because I'm running biologically behind.

It might be related in kind with how I've noticed that I use my sense of awareness of the hormonal levels to tell time in some ways now.
Like I know when it's hitting 1300 and 0100.
Despite how late 0100 is when I'm not at home, those have been seeming to be the best times to dose for my natural sleep cycle and work hours I think.
In the past, I tried 0700 and 1900 (while working day) and 1200 and 0000 upon shifting to swing, but it's floated later and just works now.
Thankfully I don't boof progesterone, so it's kicking in quickly as a sleep aid!
