I ate something yesterday which caused an allergic reaction of some kind along the roof of my mouth. I'm not sure what it was, but it was related to my eating Chicken Chettinad.

Anyone have any ideas about potentially challenging ingredients (in terms of plausibly causing an allergic reaction) in that dish?

I kind of suspect the cardamom, cumin, fennel, or curry leaf, because these are things I don't eat frequently; however, I've also eaten Chicken Chettinad before without any trouble. Which makes me suspect the curry leaf especially, because I usually don't chew on those, but I'm sure I did this time.
