High-intensity interval torture today after my plan to hit the gym was foiled. There was a small break in the rain before the sun went down, so I went out and ran 60-second intervals up Seal Point hill five times, followed by 30-second intervals five times. My Garmin says my "fitness age" has now decreased to 43, which is pretty good given that I'm 47. VO2max still 39, but I feel 40 coming on soon.
