I went to the pharmacy to get my usual treatment. It was ten minutes before closing, so I wasn't sure if I could come in.
I asked and the woman said yes, so I sent her all the documents via e-mail and she started pretending she didn't receive the prescription.
I sent it a few times. I saw her reading on her computer. The pharmacist came and did the same.
He asked me: is it from today?
Me: no it's not

He became extremely aggressive, I was really scared. I said nevermind I'm gonna leave it's fine, but he started even insulting me. Saying it was well done for me that I didn't have my meds, that it's a good lesson for me.
He was yelling harder and harder. I left crying, he was still screaming at me. I tried to get away as fast as possible to sit because I was having a panic attack.

Unfortunately, I fell on the ground on the right side, shocked af.
My right hip touched the ground first, then my ribs, and then my right thigh.
It took me almost 10mins to get up cause I was still crying.
My ribs hurt so much, my back too and so does my leg (the already half paralyzed one)
I came back home asap, feeling awful and still am.

I feel very nervous and finish doing things I didn't have to. I even firmed a contract for a card giving them access to commercial use of my personal information when a person in the postal office didn't leave me to read the contract, but insisted me to just firm by saying it and moving the contract back to the firm box in the first page directly from my hands.
I had to make a report online.
By being a person who received similar treatment + gaslight in high level way by teachers a few years ago, I think that the situation would have been pretty similar to yours.

@testoceratops sounds like they thought you were trying to get opiates from them. pharmacists get really insulting and weird about that.

not too long ago, i accidentally bought Tylenol One, which is regular acetaminophen with less codeine than Tylenol II, because i forgot the product names and meant to only get extra-strength... at a pharmacy frequented by opiate users, which i wasn't entirely aware of.
the people behind the counter gave me the weirdest fucking treatment, all because i forgot.

It was for my mental health, stuff to regulate my mood, antidepressants... And they saw it. Perhaps that's even why they didn't wanna deliver it, idk but I hate them

@testoceratops what the absolute fuck. i don't know what regulations are about this there, but in Ontario you can take like a month to fill a prescription. this pharmacy is made of ass. fuck them. throw dirt at them.

He responded, while pretending he didn't receive it: you received it 3 days ago, you should have come earlier. It's unbelievable. So disrespectful for us. Never seen that before! For the elderly I can understand, but you had three days!
I told him I have chronic illnesses and do my best when I can get out of bed, which is rare, and I was really calm saying it.
