Oof ow I just got all the replies/notifications all at once

@prehensile Someone told me that their instance was having issues as well with the federated timeline.

I kinda hope it's not me, since I wasn't able to fix it. But also I spent hours panicking trying to fix it

@david weird! Thanks for trying to get things working. Fwiw there seem to be some issues with local as well (pages loading slowly, I'm not getting notifications, and I'm seeing posts for 3+ hours ago showing up at the top of the Home timeline)
