@jk_na I don’t think I’ve ever spotted a phone number given using Kanji numerals before!
@noelle I’m hoping that the <dialog> element should make a lot of this better. IIRC Esc should work automatically when they’re shown as modals

@aral I love* to be told on the one hand that they’re protecting the Good Friday agreement re the protocol, and on the other that they’re considering withdrawing from the rights framework required by the same.

@athairbirb I hope so too. In 2014 I would’ve voted no, if I’d had a vote. But with the benefit of hindsight, and having moved to Northern Ireland, and seeing the way this place is being abused by English exceptionalist government re trade and Troubles legacy, I’ve done a complete 180. I hope there’s many like me within Scotland, too.

@wakame I’m a big fan of limits forcing people to be more concise and structured. It feels exhausting to scroll a feed full of giant posts, especially on mobile. And while people often say ‘this should have been a blog post’ to long threads, it feels as though the thread is also a unique and valuable form that is a distinct thing from a blog post

@ice Thanks for making cool stuff!
@jalefkowit wow, I remember this. @Cabel made it, if I’m remembering correctly, so I shouldn’t be surprised that it’s still there
