Each of us is a morphic field affecting resonance (ICYMI look into Rupert Sheldrake)

+ When we think lovingly of others, regardless of if they're physically present with us, we (sender) emit positive energy that adds to their wellbeing as a receiver

+ This also cycles back into ours because by flowing this energy of love, we practice being more adept at this sending & receiving back as a sender (my interpretation of nature's memory and resonating)

+ Visualize pink (healing) light around you and the other
