Learning to cook takes time. It's taken me years & I'm still a novice at cooking in general.
When it comes to baking, I'm still a complete noob

@AzulCrescent keep working at it and don't give up! Cooking is a hard skill to master... People don't talk about it this way much, but it's chemistry using food, and complicated by flavor and texture. There'll be good dishes and bad ones, but keep practicing and working to improve!
